Order Processing Times and Shipping Times

All our products are made to order. Please allow 5 business days processing time. Orders will ship right after products are done. 

All orders placed are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. All fees related to customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any returned mail due to address errors by the customer, the order will be resent only if the new shipping costs have been paid by the customer.  For undeliverable / deliveries to wrong address due to address errors by the customer, Bask Disc has no responsibility to send out the order again. 

Customized products are not returnable. We accept return within 15 days, products must be under unused condition.
